TASHIRA E-VISA & TOURISM LLC

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Tashira E-Visa website. By accessing and using this Website, you agree to be bound by the professional terms and conditions outlined in this legal notice.

1. Processing & Timeframes

  • The processing time for the express visa mentioned anywhere on the website is to be considered 24 to 72 working hours.
  • All time frames are calculated according to Gulf Standard Time (GST), with working hours starting at 8:00 AM GST.
  • Saturday and Sunday are off days for the immigration department. Applications submitted on Friday afternoon will be processed starting Monday at 8:00 AM GST.
  • Tashira E-Visa is not responsible for any travel interruptions caused by third-party hotel or flight cancellations.

2. Privacy & Data Security

Personal information required for executing orders (personal details, credit card info, passport copies) is kept in the strictest confidence. Tashira E-Visa does not store credit card details under any circumstances. Gathered information is used solely to customize and process your travel services.

3. Payment & Price Policy

  • The Company reserves the right to revise prices at any time prior to accepting an Order due to government fee changes or exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Payments are accepted via secure gateways for Visa and MasterCard. Failure to receive authorization from your card issuer will result in immediate cancellation of the order.
Visa Approval Disclaimer: Visa approval is entirely at the sole discretion of the Immigration Officials. Tashira E-Visa cannot be held responsible for any visa application rejections or delays caused by government security checks.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once a visa application is submitted to the immigration system, it is processed immediately and the fee becomes non-refundable.
  • In case of a refund request due to incorrect documents or user error before submission, a processing and typing fee of USD 75 will be deducted from the total amount.

5. Refund Policy for Urgent Applications

  • If you applied for an Express UAE Visa and it is not processed within 36 working hours, you are eligible for a refund of the Express processing fee (USD 50).
  • Please note that this refund apply only to the "Express Fee" and does not cover the standard government visa application fee.
